The service
Senaste lets you send AI personas to websites you control and read what they report. Features may change as the service develops.
Your account
Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
Sites you may test
Only sites you own or are authorised to test, proved through domain verification. The rules in our responsible use policy are part of these terms. Responsible use.
Credits
- A credit pays for one persona for up to 20 steps. Credits are not money and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Credits for personas that could not run are returned to your balance automatically.
- Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for your money back for the credits of that purchase you have not used: write to support@senaste.ai from the email of your account. We refund them in full, at the price you paid for them, to the way you paid, and remove them from your balance. Free credits given at sign-up are not refundable. After 14 days, credits are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Prices may change; credits you already hold keep their value.
AI-written results
Notes, scores, SEO advice and fix instructions are written by a language model and can be wrong. They are not professional advice. Check them before you act; you are responsible for changes you make to your site.
Your content
You keep all rights to your sites, tasks, notes and reports. You let us process them only to provide the service. Ratings of notes may be used in aggregate to measure accuracy.
Availability and suspension
The service is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime during the pilot. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by testing sites without permission, and will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made on the basis of AI-written results. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the law of US.
