The service is operated by senaste.ai, US. Contact: support@senaste.ai.

What we collect

• Account: your email, which is your sign-in, a password (stored only as a salted hash) and, if you add it, your name.
• Passkeys, if you add them: the public key, its id, the name you give it and when it was added and last used. The private key stays on your device.
• A review, if you write one: the rating, the text, the name, role and site you enter, and whether we may publish it. We publish it on senaste.ai only if you allowed it and after we have read it, unchanged; you can change or delete it in your account at any time.
• Sites you add: the domain, its verification token, the tasks, personas, keywords and any customer notes you paste.
• Runs: screenshots of the pages of your site that the personas opened, their steps and notes, SEO facts of those pages and technical logs.
• Your activity in the service: credits and their history, API keys (stored as hashes), note ratings and comments, invitations, and an audit log of administrative actions.
• Technical data: your IP address, used to limit sign-in attempts and sign-ups and kept in memory or short-lived counters, and the logs of our network provider.

Why

• To provide the service you signed up for: run tests, show reports, keep your account and credits (performance of a contract).
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, for example testing sites without permission (legitimate interest).
• To measure and improve the accuracy of notes, using your ratings in aggregate (legitimate interest).
• To understand how people find and use the site, by counting visits (legitimate interest).

Where it is processed

On servers we operate. The AI model that writes notes runs on our own servers: your pages and reports are not sent to public AI services.

Traffic to senaste.ai passes through Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site and processes IP addresses and request data for that purpose. Visits to the public pages and the dashboard are counted by Statinside (statinside.com), which receives the page address, the referring page, your IP address and browser details. Admin pages and shared report links are not counted. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive the payment status and the email you give there, never the card number. USDT and USDC payments go through the Resditen gateway; we receive the invoice status and amount. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account id, email and name. Sign-in and sign-up forms on senaste.ai use Google reCAPTCHA, which sends Google information about your browser to tell people from bots.

Cookies

• ux_sess: keeps you signed in, for up to 12 hours. Strictly necessary.
• ux_lang: remembers the interface language, for one year.
• ux_cc: remembers that this browser’s cache of senaste.ai was cleared once, on the first visit, so pages left from an earlier site on this domain do not show, for one year.
• ux_oauth: links the Google sign-in to your browser, for 10 minutes while you sign in. Strictly necessary.

Statinside, our visit counter, may set its own cookies to tell new visits from returning ones. We use no advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.

How long we keep it

• Screenshots of runs: 30 days, then deleted. Notes and reports: while your account exists.
• Account data: until you ask us to delete the account. Database backups: up to 7 days.

The sites you test

Personas load pages of your site like ordinary visitors and do not send forms. Screenshots can show whatever your pages display, so do not test pages that show other people’s personal data. Our requests carry the header X-UX-Panel: ai-test.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@senaste.ai. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes, and tell account holders about material changes before they apply.
